Welcome to L. P. Vaughn Elementary/Middle School’s website.
We are truly appreciative of the entire L. P. Vaughn Learning Community in making L. P. Vaughn a place of rigorous learning. The staff, students, parents, and community are key ingredients in making our school a positive, encouraging place to be. They work together as partners to create a progressive, innovative, and creative learning system that prepares students for academic, social, and emotional success.
L. P. Vaughn is a school where students want to come each day because they enjoy the learning opportunities provided. We encourage students to strive to reach their individual potential and to understand that learning is an exciting and lifelong process.
L. P. Vaughn’s mission is to ensure student learning through high expectations for every student’s achievement, and to provide an environment that embraces diversity, develops social skills, and fosters leadership with accountability for all.
