FFA Official Website | FFA Goes to Nationals!!!
The FFA is a co-curricular organization that is available to any student in the Agriculture Department. The FFA organization offers students opportunities to enhance themselves through Career Development Events which are competitions with other FFA programs around the nation. These events foster competition, scholarship, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
Also through the FFA students are eligible to attend events like the "Made for Excellence Conference", "FFA State and National Convention", and "FFA Leadership Camp". These are gatherings of youth which encourage leadership building.
The Lakeview FFA is involved in Public Speaking, Agronomy, Forestry, Poultry Evaluation, Livestock Evaluation, Nursery and Landscaping, Small Engines, Welding, and Electricity. We also have an excellent group of officers that serve as leaders for the chapter, facilitators for meetings, and organizers of community projects.
The Mission Statement for the Lakeview FFA chapter is "Lakeview FFA will strive to advance leadership and career skills through recruitment of new members, cooperation of active members, and enhanced activities for all members."
